JetBlog is for Elementor builds where a plain blog loop looks too bare and the client wants magazine-style blocks fast: tiles, lists, ticker, video playlist. I use it on news/blog homepages when I need editorial layout without hand-rolling loop templates.

It works best for content-heavy landing pages, not for fully custom archive logic. If I need surgical control over markup or query rules across dozens of sections, I still end up coding parts of it.

What it does under the hood

JetBlog registers Elementor widgets and renders them server-side through normal WP_Query. Most settings live inside each widget in the Elementor sidebar and are saved in _elementor_data in wp_postmeta, not in some separate custom DB structure. Global stuff is minimal; the real control is per widget.

The styling layer is mostly Elementor CSS plus widget assets. In DevTools I usually check elementor-frontend, JetBlog frontend files, and slider/ticker dependencies. If a widget exists on the page, its JS/CSS gets enqueued; if not, it usually stays out of the payload. Good enough, but stacking many post widgets still means extra queries.

What’s editable: layout, meta, typography, counts, query params, spacing. What’s not really “panel-editable”: core HTML wrappers and deep output logic. That part sits in the plugin PHP, so hard overrides mean custom code, not a friendly toggle.

Where it breaks in real life

The common mess is cache optimization. Text Ticker or Video Playlist starts half-working when WP Rocket or LiteSpeed delays JS too aggressively. In Console I usually see init errors or $ is not defined. Fast fix: exclude jquery-core, elementor-frontend, slider libs, and JetBlog frontend script from Delay/Defer.

Second headache: duplicated or weirdly ordered posts. Cause is simple — multiple widgets run separate queries, and sticky posts plus offset make the feed lie. I fix it in the widget Query tab: enable Ignore Sticky Posts, remove offset if possible, and split widgets by category/tag instead of trying to outsmart WP_Query.

If styles vanish after migration or cache warmup, I go to Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data. That usually fixes broken generated CSS faster than digging through cache layers.

Activation, updates, real status

I checked this build personally: the product is activated, fully working, and has no feature restrictions.

JetBlog can run without entering your own key if it’s already activated in the package. What you miss without linking an official Crocoblock account: dashboard auto-updates, official support, and cloud/library extras. JetBlog itself does not depend on a classic demo importer; layouts are usually imported as Elementor templates/JSON.

Manual update path is straightforward: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin with a new ZIP, or replace /wp-content/plugins/jet-blog/ via FTP. Any direct edits inside the plugin folder will be overwritten, so custom fixes belong in a child theme, Code Snippets, or an MU-plugin.

FAQs (the stuff people actually trip over)

JS delay/minify. Exclude jquery-coreelementor-frontend, and JetBlog frontend assets, then clear plugin and CDN cache.

No. Visual parts, yes. Core wrappers/output logic, no — that’s plugin-side PHP.

Each widget runs its own query. Use separate categories/tags or careful offsets, and disable sticky interference.

Only when you overbuild. Five post widgets with big counts will add query load fast; keep counts sane and avoid video-heavy sections above the fold.

Before you send us a support request, take a quick look at our Terms Of Use and FAQs. We know nobody loves reading them, but very often the answer is already there and saves you some time.

What to do first

  1. If that doesn’t help, check the product documentation next.
A lot of small issues come from missed settings or simple setup steps, and the docs usually clear that up pretty fast.
  2. Still not working?
No problem — just open a support ticket and tell us what’s going on. We’ll take it from there.
  3. When to expect a reply
We usually get back to you within 1–2 business days. Sometimes faster, depending on the issue.

How to explain the problem (this really helps)

  • Be specific
Instead of saying “it doesn’t work,” tell us what exactly is going wrong. Which button? Which feature? What were you trying to do when it happened?
  • Add screenshots
Screenshots make a huge difference. Seriously. A simple image (or link to one) helps us understand the issue right away and saves a lot of back‑and‑forth.

Following these steps helps us help you faster — and with fewer questions along the way. Thanks for making support easier for everyone.

Answers to common questions!

You can use any product from our store on as many websites as you like.

After purchasing a product, you’ll be able to download it — including the most recent version — for the next 72 hours. Once that period ends, you can either repurchase the product or switch to one of our membership plans.

With an active membership, updates are always included. You’ll have continuous access to the latest versions for as long as your membership remains active, without worrying about expiration dates.

You can contact us via live chat or open a support ticket directly from the product page — whichever is more convenient for you.

No, there are no limits. We don’t believe in restricting downloads. If you need to download a product multiple times, that’s absolutely fine.

We use professional, high‑performance storage systems to ensure downloads are fast, stable, and hassle‑free.

No, license keys are not included. In the past, license sharing and related issues caused account problems, so we decided to stop distributing keys.

That said, all products you receive are fully authentic. For items that normally require activation, we provide them pre‑activated, allowing you to install and use them immediately without dealing with license input or activation errors.

Yes — 100%. All products are original and distributed under the GNU GPL v2/v3 license.

The main difference compared to purchasing directly from the original author is that we don’t offer additional services such as custom development or one‑on‑one support. License keys are also not included. Instead, products that typically require activation are delivered ready to use, allowing installation on unlimited websites.

Yes, we stand behind our products. If you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved or a technical problem without a workable solution, we’ll do our best to help — and if necessary, issue a full refund.

Please note that refunds are not available if the product works as described but simply does not meet personal expectations. We’ve also encountered cases where refund requests were made while the product was still in use, which we cannot allow.

Our approach is simple: fairness and transparency. If you ever have a concern, just reach out — we’re always open to finding a reasonable solution that works for both sides.
