Final Sales: Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery, all sales are considered final upon completion of the purchase.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available under limited circumstances. A refund can be requested only if the subscriber has not downloaded any product post-purchase.
Downloaded Products: Once a product has been downloaded, it is considered “non-returnable,” and therefore, it is ineligible for a refund.
