I use Medilazar for pharmacy, medical supply, supplement, and health-product stores that need WooCommerce first and branding second. The theme is built to sell catalog depth: product grids, category navigation, search, account/cart flow, and product detail pages matter more here than decorative layout tricks.
The main value of Medilazar is speed of setup for a medical-style storefront. The main risk is the same as with most WooCommerce themes: once optimization, AJAX features, and custom filters are stacked together, shop behavior breaks faster than the homepage does.
In Medilazar, the usual visual controls are editable from the theme options or Customizer: logo, colors, typography, header style, footer, shop/archive layout, and some product-page settings. Those are database-stored settings and normally survive updates.
Page-builder content, if the demo uses Elementor or WPBakery blocks, is editable in the builder and saved as page content. Reusable demo sections may come from a template library if the theme includes one.
The hardcoded part is the theme’s PHP template layer. Product loop markup, single-product structure, WooCommerce overrides, header logic, archive templates, and some AJAX features are controlled by theme files. If I need to change HTML structure or hook placement, I do it in a child theme. Editing the parent Medilazar files works once and is overwritten on the next update.
On a broken Medilazar shop, I check DevTools in this order:
Look for:
jQuery is not definedFilter by:
Typical WooCommerce-related handles/files involved:
jquery-corejquery-migratewc-add-to-cartwc-add-to-cart-variationwc-cart-fragmentsselectWoophotoswipe / gallery scripts on product pagesIf mini-cart, variable products, or AJAX search stop working, those files are the first place to look.
The common failure is aggressive cache optimization. Delay/minify can break:
A variable product shows attributes, but price/image/availability do not update after selection.
Cause: wc-add-to-cart-variation or jquery-core was delayed, combined badly, or executed in the wrong order.
In WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, FlyingPress, or Autoptimize:
jquery-corejquery-migratewc-add-to-cart-variationwc-cart-fragmentsThat fixes most WooCommerce-side failures without touching theme files.
Another common break is product gallery or quick-view JS failing after image optimization or lazy-load conflicts. If gallery thumbnails stop reacting, disable lazy-load only for product-gallery selectors or exclude the gallery container from the image optimization plugin.
Checkout issues are usually not theme-core problems. They come from third-party checkout plugins, payment scripts, or fragment caching. On checkout/cart pages, page cache must be bypassed.
Medilazar relies on WooCommerce templates plus theme overrides. That means two things:
If after a WooCommerce update the cart, account, or single-product page looks broken, compare the theme’s WooCommerce template overrides with the current plugin version. If the store was customized directly in the parent theme, move those edits into a child theme before updating again.
All products we provide come only from official sources and verified developers. To confirm their integrity and safety, the archive has been scanned for viruses and malware. You can review the scan results at any time by clicking the button below.
View in VirusTotalMedilazar runs without a license key for normal use. The theme loads, settings save, WooCommerce pages render, and the front end works.
Without activation, what you usually lose is:
This product is activated and fully working, without limitations — I checked it personally.
Manual updates work by uploading the new ZIP in Appearance → Themes or replacing the parent theme via FTP.
Risk:
Correct workaround:
wc-add-to-cart-variation or jquery-core was delayed or reordered. Exclude both from delay/defer and clear all cache layers.
Style and some layout options, yes. Full HTML structure, no. That requires WooCommerce template overrides in a child theme.
wc-cart-fragments is blocked, delayed, or cached incorrectly. Exclude it from optimization and make sure cart/checkout fragments are not cached.
Customizer/theme options and page-builder content stay. Parent theme file edits do not. Use a child theme for all code-level changes
You can use any product from our store on as many websites as you like.
After purchasing a product, you’ll be able to download it — including the most recent version — for the next 72 hours. Once that period ends, you can either repurchase the product or switch to one of our membership plans.
With an active membership, updates are always included. You’ll have continuous access to the latest versions for as long as your membership remains active, without worrying about expiration dates.

You can contact us via live chat or open a support ticket directly from the product page — whichever is more convenient for you.
No, there are no limits. We don’t believe in restricting downloads. If you need to download a product multiple times, that’s absolutely fine.
We use professional, high‑performance storage systems to ensure downloads are fast, stable, and hassle‑free.
No, license keys are not included. In the past, license sharing and related issues caused account problems, so we decided to stop distributing keys.
That said, all products you receive are fully authentic. For items that normally require activation, we provide them pre‑activated, allowing you to install and use them immediately without dealing with license input or activation errors.
Yes — 100%. All products are original and distributed under the GNU GPL v2/v3 license.
The main difference compared to purchasing directly from the original author is that we don’t offer additional services such as custom development or one‑on‑one support. License keys are also not included. Instead, products that typically require activation are delivered ready to use, allowing installation on unlimited websites.
Yes, we stand behind our products. If you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved or a technical problem without a workable solution, we’ll do our best to help — and if necessary, issue a full refund.
Please note that refunds are not available if the product works as described but simply does not meet personal expectations. We’ve also encountered cases where refund requests were made while the product was still in use, which we cannot allow.
